This resource brings together a range of information, imagery and practical printmaking activities for teachers to creatively explore the theme of endangered species in the classroom. The resource uses as inspiration Endless Forms Most Beautiful, a project at Northern Print which involved 54 artists researching and making prints on the theme of endangered species (plants, birds and animals). You can see an online gallery of the works here.
Browse the sections of the resource to see the artists’ work and hear about their thoughts and working processes and follow step-by-step videos showing children how to make their own prints of ‘at risk’ animals, birds and plants.
